Please note due to Covid-19 we have temporarily suspended order exchange and refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with the received product, please feel free to contact myorderelegantscarves@gmail.com immediately and one of our representatives will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
Shipment Policy
Shipment PolicyCurrently, we are only serving within the US and Canada. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours, delivery times will vary based on order location. Typical delivery durations are:
- Canada (GTA /Toronto) - Delivery within 2-4 business days. Delivery Fee $5.00 CAD.
- Canada (Outside GTA) – Delivery within 3–7 business days. Delivery Fee $10.00 CAD.
- US –Delivery within 4-14 business days. Delivery Fee $7.00 USD. (Please note: Elegantscarves.ca is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries.)
Please note due to Covid-19 shipments can be delayed by courier services.
Local / Curbside Pickup
You can save shipment charges by picking your order locally. Currently, we offer local pick up options within GTA only. Orders can be picked up between 10:00-6:00 pm Monday to Saturday (Note, we will contact you to book an appointment)
